Pina Coladas remain a favorite at popular beach vacation spots. Imagine your skin taking a refreshing sip of this popular drink! I'm referring to the non-alcoholic version, of course. Rich, creamy coconut milk and exhilarating pineapple make the pina colada a tasty treat as well as a wonderful facial mask. Pina Colada Mask 1 TBS Coconut Milk 2 TBS Honey 1 TBS mashed Pineapple 1 TBS of Plain Yogurt Mix all ingredients together. Apply to your clean skin and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off the mask with cool water to close your pores. You may not need to add a moisturizer after your mask, since the coconut milk contains plenty of oil. Coconut milk contains natural emollients which...
The Punjab is situated in eastern India and is divided by the Indian/Pakistani border. It is very fertile because of the rivers that cross here and as a consequence, agriculture is central to the economy. Wheat accounts for a large proportion of the crops, along with corn, mustard greens, sugar cane and rice. Buffalo milk which is 3% higher in fat than cows milk, is also important to the Punjabis, who are not prey to worries about cholesterol. Every bit of the buffalo milk is used in some way or other. Some is used in tea or evaporated into a much thicker richer milk known as bhadoli, which in turn is set into yoghurt. The thick cream will be removed from the top of the...

Studies of these foods have revealed that they fight: viruses, fungus, bad bacteria, heart disease, diabetes and mental health disturbances. Coconut oil has even been shown to raise IQ and ease aggression because it contains DHA and AHA. These fatty acids are also found in human breast milk and are now being extracted from coconut oil and added to infant formulas. Dr. Steven Pratt, whose list of recommended foods is less extensive than this one, says "The right foods can actually change the course of your biochemistry. They can help to stop the damage at cellular levels that can develop into disease." Dr. Steven Pratt is a Californian Plastic Surgeon.
World-renowned researcher DDS Weston A. Price also promoted these foods based on his worldwide study of indigenous societies as well has his laboratory findings. Dr. Price's Foundation has recommended these foods since his death in the forties and his recommendations continue to be validated by scientific studies.

Make it fun and interesting. Don’t loose your smile when you think that you will have to eat more fruits during the day and evening. There is a very easy solution that will be fun for the whole family. I think smoothies are one of the greatest inventions of our time. I know you get a lot of fruit juices and they are truly great, but some of the manufacturers do add a lot of sugar. Try to keep the sugar intake low by making your own. All you need is a blender, or smoothie maker and fruit. It is that simple. Try to play with the flavours. You can add whatever you like. If you do not try it, how will you know if you like it or not? My husband and I played around with some flavours the past weekend and I can tell you, it tasted great. You can get recipe books for how to make smoothies, but as I said, make it up as you go along. First we tried mixing banana, strawberries, kiwi fruit, grapes and plain yoghurt. It tasted LOVELY. This is not a sweet combination, so if you have a sweet tooth, maybe you should try our second recipe. The next one we tried, we used a mango, banana, yellow melon and yoghurt. This was ‘n sweeter option, but the banana was a little strong. Maybe you should try to use only halve a banana or replace it with some...
